Among Fabled's tuners, this is the only level 4 card, and the advantage is that it can be combined with "Fabled Soulkius" to create "Fabled Leviathan".
There is also a route of discarding The Fabled Cerburrel with a level 8 Fabled Valkyrus to revive it, and then Synchro Summoning from there, so the importance is not high.
The effect can only be used after being attacked, so it's better to use it as a Synchro Material instead of waiting for the opponent's attack.
